We’re doing something a little different on The Wirral …
Firstly, many thanks for visiting our website. We’re very pleased with it but it only comes to life when you click on a link and visit! Over the coming weeks and months, we’ll post a few observations on the property sector and we’ll try to make them interesting. You’ll be the judge of that but hopefully we can post some original thoughts and maybe get into some conversations with you. After all, that’s what So You Property is all about – You!
Easy to say (I hear you exclaim) but exactly what does that mean? Well, as you will see on the other pages, we are, at heart, a family business and deeply rooted on the Wirral. We started So You because we found that we were increasingly talking to people who found themselves making a tough decision between the traditional high street and certain online super-brands.
Both these alternatives offer their advantages of course, but we thought there could be a middle way – a truly local estate agent who offered 21st century online value and was able to give you the best of both worlds. If you are one of those making that difficult decision between “traditional” and “national online”, we hope to offer you the perfect compromise; Local, Traditional, Value.
We think that we can offer a much more rooted and local service than the new national players. And because we don’t need to pay for expensive shop rentals we can put more of our budget into showing and selling your home via sophisticated online marketing centred upon Rightmove.
We will have a Market Street office in Hoylake and we’ll be able to offer you a coffee there anytime. This is being fitted out as I write and we’ll be in there very soon so more about that next time.
We are so excited to be launching on the Wirral and we are really keen to hear from you all. Feedback is critical to So You because customer service is absolutely everything to us.
