Meet the Team

Phil

Phil has lived on the Wirral for almost 20 years. He spent many years working in financial services where he is a specialist in risk-management in retail lending environments. He gained a first class honours degree followed by hard-earned professional qualifications in risk and accountancy. Phil puts ‘integrity’ at the heart of his approach to work and life and holds the CPD accredited Level 3 Diploma in Estate Agency.

Phil also spent two years on the board of a major Wirral Housing Association where he gained a deep knowledge of the housing and property market across the peninsula as well as the regulatory and legal frameworks that underpin it all. In other roles he has worked in lenders, renters and lessors of property of all types.

Phil is a keen photographer, bird-watcher and sports fan. He is a qualified football referee so there is nothing you can say that will upset him! If you choose So You, you will be dealing with Phil from start to finish and he will always be available to call. This is at the cornerstone of the So You approach.

Jo

Jo and Phil make up the husband and wife team that is at the heart of So You. Jo has lived on the Wirral since 2001 and her career includes a number of years in a property law office in Liverpool’s prestigious India Buildings. More recently, Jo has worked in the voluntary and education sectors closer to home. As you will find, Jo is a great communicator and brings total dedication to everything she does.

Jo graduated in Business Studies at Liverpool University in 1994 and has lived on Merseyside ever since.
